I'm Fabio, a man, a father, a leader.
My contribution to the world is simple: to be a creator of "good things."

The moment that rewrote everything

In 2020, a heart attack stopped me dead in my tracks. An event that could have ended my story, but instead completely rewrote it. From that moment, a journey began that has taken me where I never imagined I'd end up.

My first half marathon in Bergamo, then the Berlin Marathon. The bike ride from Rome to Assisi. The Spartan Race, the Camino de Santiago, the New York Marathon. Every step was a rebirth, every kilometer a declaration of life.
Today I live in the Algarve, Portugal. A choice of heart, of freedom, of pure energy. Only eight years ago, I was in the midst of a financial crisis that kept me awake at night—I had focused only on the fruits, forgetting to nourish the roots. From there, a profound awakening began that led me to blossom completely.

At the heart of my story

There's always been something in me that drew me toward others. As a boy, I felt this natural need to be a bridge: to truly listen, to encourage, to give strength. It wasn't a choice, it was simply who I was.

For thirty years, I lived immersed in the world of management and entrepreneurship. A universe of daily challenges, lightning-fast decisions, goals to achieve. And yes, mistakes—so many mistakes. In that world, I learned to give my all, to never back down. But over time, I understood an uncomfortable truth: it wasn't enough to run, produce, and achieve results. I also had to learn to listen to myself. And above all, to be.
I understood that "never giving up" is sometimes a golden trap. There's profound wisdom in recognizing when to let go of something, to embrace a new challenge wholeheartedly. It's when you say "no" that you can finally say "yes" to what truly matters.

The transformation

I've realized dreams that seemed impossible: living by the sea, traveling freely, meeting kindred spirits, working with true passion. But the greatest achievement has been learning to love myself—my body, my emotions, my most authentic desires.

How did I do it? I stopped listening to my fears. I let go of limiting beliefs. I chose to live by the sea, to embrace forgiveness, lightness, to take full responsibility for my existence, transforming every day into growth, every fragility into conscious strength.

today

I live by a crystal-clear mission: I accompany those who wish to grow, transform, and free themselves from their mental traps. I do this not only with techniques and tools, but with something infinitely more precious: my own personal experience. I know what it means to feel trapped, but I also know what it means to truly be reborn.

My journey led me to become a certified NLP Trainer with the two most prestigious associations in the world. Today, I bring my energy to life coaching, business, sports, and mentoring new personal growth professionals. I accompany coaches, yoga teachers, naturopaths, and trainers through the most delicate transition: the one that transforms them from "certified students" to true, authentic guides.
I continue to cultivate my soul and my smile, because I believe that a coach must first and foremost be a living example. For the people I support, for my son, for this world. My contribution is simple: to be a generator of "good things."
